Job Description & Responsibilities
Truckstop’s Senior Business Analyst, Strategic Projects will work across all functional areas of the company including product, sales, marketing, finance, and enterprise applications to coordinate the delivery of key strategic projects. This role will support key internal operations of the business, drive project management discipline, lead and report on projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and thrive on the challenge of problem solving.
Essential Job Functions
- Support the management and delivery of the organization's portfolio of projects, ensuring that projects are completed on time, with support of functional stakeholders
- Lead the establishment of the organization's project management methodology and processes for tracking and delivering of milestones
- Develop project charters and project plans
- Partner with the project lead to monitor, measure and manage the execution of deliverables and project performance from initiation through implementation
- Support assigned projects by understanding business needs; assisting in the development of solutions; adhering to prioritization and project milestones
- Provide informational presentations to stakeholders, anticipating and managing expectations
- Ensure the measurement and effectiveness of key internal processes; provide benchmarks (as available) to drive efficiency
- Identify and implement new technologies and tools to support operational excellence efforts and work with the technology team to ensure seamless integration into the organization’s operations
Requirements
Position Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS software environment is preferred
- Analyst level experience working across functions within an organization (e.g., marketing, product, business development) to align on project deliverables
- The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering key projects on time with an emphasis on quality
- Commitment to driving continuous improvement across functions
- Experience using project management tools and resources to track and communicate project progress
- Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint applications
- Prior experience with Agile methodologies is preferred

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000—$125,000 USD
