The Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst will provide the SPA organization working in our ServiceNow value stream team. The candidate will work with the existing team in the support of the ServiceNow platform used by Aegon for its ITSM needs. This includes modules such as Request, Change, Incident, Problem, Knowledge, and IRM among others. The candidate will also work with the agile team in support of various business analyst functions, including requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, release and change management, communicating with the business, and adhering to related controls, and vendor management,
What You Will Do:
The US salary for this position generally ranges between $81,600 - $112,200 annually. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. Salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
Additionally in the US, this position is typically eligible for an Annual Bonus based on the Company Bonus Plan/Individual Performance and is at the Company’s discretion.
