Job Description & Responsibilities
The Business Analyst, position offers an exciting opportunity to help support our Learning management and health system. You must be detail-oriented with great communication skills, with willingness to learn about the Healthcare industry. Candidates should also be able to effectively multi-task while remaining flexible to changes in priorities and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Participating in the documentation of functional requirements and technical specifications for existing and new applications
- Collaborating and relationship-building with team members and clients
- Having excellent work ethic and must be able to demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills
- Maintaining positive and productive relationships with customers, peers, and superiors
- Acting unconventionally with sound business judgment and thrive in environment with diverse communication styles
- Managing complex assignments with multiple work streams and energetic (and sometimes competing) timelines
- Having familiarity with agile methodology, tools and frameworks, scrum, Kanban
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts and process
Requirements
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as Business analyst.
- Demonstrate Extensive experience in SNAP/TANF
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, EXCEL, PowerPoint, Visio) and Microsoft Project
- Experience understanding of SharePoint end user experience, sites, libraries, lists and groups
- Have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $96,250 - $125,000.
