Our Regulatory Reporting Product team is seeking a passionate Agile Business Analyst to join our team to support the definition and delivery of digital solutions. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are seeking to meaningfully empower our business and compliance partners with core data management technology solutions. In this role you will be responsible for working with an agile squad and serve as a primary contact with key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to build business relationships, gather requirements, analyze data, and translating regulatory requirements into deliverable outcomes. You will also strengthen our channels of communication and uphold our principles of transparency and partnership while engaging with product peers, data analysts, program leaders and engineering partners to drive successful product execution. Support business requirement activities by providing end-to-end analysis for products and initiatives with respect to requirements, user journeys and user interface designs for shared services leveraged by all businesses across Moody’s Investors Service.
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $113,100 to $163,950, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
