Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of complex data sets from multiple systems and perform cross-audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with Operations, Accounting, and Engineering to identify areas of improvement and process optimization.
• Create reports and dashboards using Tableau, SuperSet, Google Sheets, and Excel track progress and provide visibility to senior leadership.
• Conduct meetings with key stakeholders to review and analyze forecasts and provide insights for future planning and optimization.
• Define capacity constraints and leverage planning models to optimize operation workflows and processes.
• Develop and maintain monthly dashboards using Google Sheets and data visualization platform - SuperSet.
• Streamline and automate processes to increase efficiency and improve accuracy in application processing.
• Manage project timelines, client goals, and deliverables for multiple clients simultaneously, demonstrating strong project management skills.
• Provide expertise in technical design sessions, effectively documenting and presenting technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Participate in technical design sessions, document technical solutions, and serve as a subject matter expert on Google Sheets, SuperSet, and various other internal systems.
• Streamline data collection and reporting processes.
• Ability to work at a detailed level while maintaining and retaining the “big picture”.
• Learns to use professional concepts and applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues.
• Deep knowledge of information technology and business concepts and ability to understand business requirements.
• Reconcile data sets to ensure data integrity and accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Extensive expertise in data analytics, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools such as Google Sheets and Excel.
• Proven experience in driving process optimization and implementing strategic initiatives.
• Strong background working with government municipalities, non-profits, or community-based organizations (CBOs).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and resilience.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Track record of successfully managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Have U.S. work authorization
