Job Description & Responsibilities
Boost Mobile is seeking a talented and motivated Lead Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our daily operations, driving efficiency, and ensuring data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain daily operations reports
- Perform financial analysis for strategic initiatives within the Operations team
- Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze data related to all areas of platform operations and initiatives
- Engage with key dealer partners in the field to determine reporting gaps and process improvement opportunities
Requirements
Skills, Experience And Requirements
A successful Lead Business Analyst will have the following:
- US citizenship is required, dual citizens will not be considered
- Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of applicable experience or Associate's Degree and 10 years of applicable experience
- Minimum years of work-related experience: 8 years of professional experience Exceptional observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting to enhance the analysis process
- Hands-on experience in working with industry-standard testing tools like SQL, Postman, SNOWFLAKE, and similar
- Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of people
- You can convey complex technical concepts to others who may be less tech-savvy than you
- Effective troubleshooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to network and collaborate across multiple teams with a flexible, positive attitude and ability to get results, team player
- Experience with operational analysis including data collection, reporting, and analytics.
- Advanced in GSuite and MS Office
What we offer
Compensation: $65,800.00/Year - $94,000.00/Year
