Business Analyst, Marketing - Job Role & Responsibilities

Work closely with the Business Development Manager delivering market analysis in order to identify new opportunities, trends or partnerships for the Business Unit to explore. Collect market intelligence to build a competitive analysis to drive business decisions. Support market & channel analysis and implement insights from the analysis into GTM and forecasting for sell out and sell in plans.

  • Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive business development strategy to expand market share and increase sales revenue in the United States.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive threats, and new opportunities for product innovation and market expansion.
  • Stay informed of industry developments, emerging technologies, and market trends to inform strategic decision making.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to analyze sales performance, customer segmentation, and channel effectiveness, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Weekly sell thru analysis and sell in projections (by Channel) to proactively review forecast.
  • Prepare reports on market performance and BSH performance in US.
  • Update report “market estimates” based on pre-aligned assumptions.
  • Support operational efficiency initiatives by identifying process improvements, streamlining workflows, and implementing best practices across the Business Unit.
  • Powerpoint and deck management to support leadership in message management

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or related field like finance, economics, marketing or operations management.) – Required
  • 3-5 Years of Experience (Business, Math or Statistical Analysis) – Required
  • Excellent written and verbal skill
  • Strong analytical skills and logic mindedness
  • Advanced Microsoft office skills. Proficient in Excel, access and PowerPoint
  • Fundamental understanding of financial and accounting concepts
  • Detail Orientated and highly organized Strong interpersonal skills
  • This role requires strong multitasking skills to accommodate the fast-paced environment – must be able to deliver in short turnaround time, while maintaining professionalism and flexibility.
  • Travel Percentage – 10%

Pay range:

$65,989 - $87,986

Annual Bonus

Incentive Target %: 3%

The pay range posted for this position is based on the location noted in the posting title. Exact compensation offered may vary based on your specific skillset and work location. If the position is bonus or incentive eligible then the payments range from 0% to 200% of target with details laid out within the plan document.

  • Eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan, which offers a fully vested 100% employer match on the first 4% of compensation contributed by employees

  • Opportunities for employees to participate in a company sponsored Wellness plan and earn lower medical care premiums
  • 2 weeks of paid vacation for all non-temporary status new hires below Director level positions. Vacation entitlement increases based on years of service with BSH.

  • The greater of (a) 40 hours of paid sick leave or (b) state or local minimum requirements for paid leave (Non-Production Line)
  • 40 hours of paid personal leave (Production Line)
  • 12 days of paid holidays per year (max 8 hours paid per day)
