Job Description & Responsibilities
Funko is a purveyor of pop culture, making and selling license-focused collectibles. We’re based in Everett, WA where we have a store that delights kids of all ages (kids at heart included). We currently hold hundreds of licenses for franchises ranging from Marvel to Harry Potter, giving us the rights to create tens of thousands of characters—one of the largest portfolios in the pop culture and collectibles industry. We take your favorite characters and turn them into adorable, or sometimes scary, collectible figures. Our most famous line, Pop! Vinyl, has millions of fans around the world.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key information and KPIs.
- Design, develop, and implement BI dashboards to provide real-time insights into supply chain performance.
- Ensure dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business objectives. Develop and implement automated solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate automated processes seamlessly.
- Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Generate regular reports to communicate findings and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather input and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Proactively identify issues and bottlenecks within the supply chain and propose solutions.
- Responding with urgency to high priority requests from senior business leaders
- Retrieving and analyzing data using Excel, Tableau, SQL and other data management systems.
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 5-10 years’ experience working as an analyst in a CPG organization (Supply Chain, Finance preferred)
- Strong proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization best practices.
- High level of MS Excel proficiency is required.
- Experience in MS Access, SQL, R, or Python.
- Professional, yet personable demeanor, friendly presence and helpful attitude, good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills; abstract thinking encouraged.
- Work responsibly with or without direct supervision.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Ability to lead with a positive attitude.
- A passion for pop culture is highly desirable.
What we offer
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,000-110,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
