In addition, this position will be responsible for discretionary maintenance, enhancement releases and updates! What You Will Be Doing as a Senior Business Analyst

• Translate functionality into user stories
• Validate requirements by writing Acceptance criteria, test cases, and execute or assist in testing activities
• Facilitate meetings to bridge gaps between business needs and technical challenges
• Support Development team during design/development phase with clear and concise design for functional/technical specs
• Provide support documentation for non-functional/functional/technical requirements

What you need to be successful as a Senior Business Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or technical discipline is preferred
• 5+ years of technical related experience with formal Business Analyst training or on the job experience
• Similar combination of education and experience will be considered
• 1- 2 years’ experience in the Financial Services or consumer lending Industry preferred
• CCBA or CBAP certification is a plus
• Experience with working on Agile projects and using Jira is preferred
• Highly motivated individual with strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, problem solving, and interpersonal skills is required
