Location: This is a global remote position and can be located in the following areas: United States, United Kingdom, and Ireland.

Job Responsibilities

• Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against quality initiatives
• Develop and leverage strong, collaborative relationships with all Circana business units
• Develop and own process migration plans between systems and processes
• Identifying areas of improvement and prioritizing based on company and/or client impact
• Ensuring compliance with standard operational procedures to maintain efficiency and effectiveness
• Develop and communicate status reports to update and measure performance internally
• Establish and track critical metrics to measure progress against quality initiatives
• Train and mentor team members outside of your direct reporting structure
• Suggest creative techniques, tools, and processes to improve all aspects of client and team performance
• A willingness to understand new technology capabilities and deliver training to users that will maximize its utility

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience learning and utilizing various computer software, including Microsoft Excel.
• 2+ years of demonstrated expertise in translating data and analysis into relevant implications.
• Experience with Retail and/or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) is preferred.
• Strong project management and process skills.
• Ability to engage in a consultative manner with clients when helping solve/manage content deliverables.
• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in business, analytics, data, or technology.
