Job Description & Responsibilities
Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Business Analyst to join our team! The Business Analyst would be tasked to analyze the data content identified for import for the various Project Ingestion process. The candidate will work with the Specialist to build IT solutions that will fulfill the importing of content from the project. The candidate will work with the team and use the existing Documentum Infrastructure and other IT system as applicable. The candidate will be assigned to work closely with IT Applications Manager, Document Configuration Manager or the Deputy Chief of Documentum.
What You'll Be Doing
- Create document ingestion templates and/or indexes.
- Develop documentation specific to processes and procedures on the Document ingestion.
- Obtain an understanding of and performing analyses of the IT application for the Project Design Management Office.
- Assist with Quality Control and maintenance of document metadata specific to the ingestion process.
- Analyze folder structures and Indexes to identify potential areas for automation.
- Provide feedback on existing metadata structure and potential enhancements.
- Work in cooperation with IT Manager or Deputy Chief of Documentum.
Requirements
What Required Skill You'll Bring
- Bachelors degree in business administration, information management, construction management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 5+ year's relevant experience
- Experience with Document repositories or databases
- Working knowledge of Documentum.
- Basic knowledge of SQL statements
- Basic knowledge of UML for class or object modeling
- Ability to translate technical observations/requirements to business managers.

Salary Range
$81,500.00 - $142,600.00
