Business Analyst - Job Role & Responsibilities

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst with a strong execution ability to join the Americas Region Central Executive Team (CEX). The Regional CEX team reports to the Head of Americas and supports Americas Management Committee (AMCo) in setting the priorities and executing regional initiatives. This role will report to the Head of Strategy for AMCo and will be based out of our New York office.

AMCo is a committee represented by regional leadership across business groups and central service functions. Together, the committee focuses on business performance, operations & risks, and people & culture areas. It promotes cross-group collaboration in these areas for longer-term, scalable impact.

Joining the CEX team, the Business Analyst will support the CEX team in day-to-day operations. This role will have exposure to a broad spectrum of topics, and the opportunity to work with senior leaders in the region to execute on AMCo led initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Operations: assist in managing the AMCo operations, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
  • AMCo meetings: assist the CEX team in managing committee meeting cadence, agenda, materials, logistic support for meeting and presenters.
  • Reporting: responsible for organizing regional reporting for AMCo and Global Management Committee.
  • Program management: support CEX team in tracking overall AMCo initiatives, help provide support and solution as appropriate, coordinate and inform various stakeholders and partners; for select programs, support CEX team in planning, delivering, and tracking program success.
  • Communication: be the liaison with Corporate Affairs and Guest Relations for events and communications.
Business Analyst - Job requirements

Bringing your commercial acumen and demonstrable problem-solving skills used to develop and implement solutions to complex business issues. As well as the ability to communicate clearly and succinctly via email, PowerPoint as well as live discussions; understand tailoring level of information and style of communication appropriate for a wide range of stakeholders, strong PowerPoint skills a must.

If you have 3-5 years’ experience preferably with executive level preferred

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
