Nuna partners with healthcare payers, including government agencies and health plans, to turn data into learnings and information into meaning.
Act as a liaison between the health plan customer and internal teams during software implementation and delivery. Collaborate with Product Management, Health Data Analyst, Customer Implementation, and Quality Assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle. Create and maintain Project Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM). Lead customer requirements gathering and defects resolution calls. Understand and document customer end to end business workflows. Perform gap analysis between the current and future state customer workflows. Document user stories and acceptance criteria for product features/capabilities. Perform functional and data validation.
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience Required: 5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst or related occupation.
Special Requirements: Must have at least 3 years of prior work experience in each of the following:
Salary: $170,955 to $185,000 per year
