Business Analyst - Job Role & Responsibilities

As a Security Licensing Specialist, you will support various licensing functions for several products in the Security Portfolio. You will handle support tickets related to licensing provisioning, queries and escalations. In this fast-paced environment, you will be expected to manage a high case volume in a timely manner adhering to established service-level agreements.

Who You'll Work With

You will work closely with Internal Sales, Renewals, and Operations teams as well as directly with Cisco Partners and Customers to resolve license-based queries. This role will be constantly evolving as we add additional products and processes.

Business Analyst - Job requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years’ work experience in an equivalent capacity
  • 3 + years' experience with SaaS-based applications and services
  • 3 + years' experience working with Salesforce and/or Zendesk

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • A true passion for customers and customer success
  • Self-starter, high energy, positive attitude, customer focused, detailed oriented
  • Strong customer service, management, listening, and presentation skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks
