The Cascades Team is looking for a Business Analyst III to join its FDIC Program. This is a fully remote position.
The Cascades Team supports the FDIC, GSA, IRS, Treasury, CFPB, FRB, and SEC accounts. Business Analyst III specialize in organizing complex content into easy-to-understand documentation that is written in plain language with their defined audience in mind. They are technically curious and able to learn technical terms and coding basics. Business Analyst III bring a human-centered design approach to their work, using data and user research to inform their choices. They work both independently and collaboratively with other members of the team, such as subject matter experts, designers, and developers.
Business Analyst III are growing their craft while delivering high-quality government digital services. They achieve this goal with mentorship from more senior practitioners while growing their skills beyond the expectations of this role.
