Job Description & Responsibilities
UST is searching for a BluesNet Business Analyst who will analyse the business needs of a client in order to recommend and evaluate solutions to those needs with support from lead BA. Perform Business Analysis tasks with minimal support from the lead BA.
The Opportunity
- Coordinate onboarding process and required forms with Blue Plans and their partners.
- Keep track of all required paperwork and approvals before onboarding and after sun setting
- Coordinate project scope, risk, and schedule for project initiatives.
- Prepare and present project information to Director and Senior Leaders.
- Maintain project timeframes, objectives and communications.
- Create and manage documentation and reports for projects.
- Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and challenges.
- Collect the necessary information required to start projects.
- Maintain current knowledge on the legislation applicable to each project.
- Collaborate with Operations team to ensure appropriate actions are taken in a timely manner to correct/avoid failing functions, activities, and processes.
- Coordinate, setup, and track billing needs for customers with Operations and Finance team.
- Conduct continual improvement opportunities assessments to maximize the value of activities and deliverables.
- Assist in Oversight Committee Meeting preparations.
- Assist in other committee Meetings and Summit’s preparations.

Requirements
What You Need
- 4-year college degree
- Prior experience as a business/project analyst in a related field required.
- Strong understanding in project management and data analysis
- Minimum of 5 years job-related experience (e.g., tracking and communications)
- Experience in one or more of the following technical support areas: (1) functionality and processing; (2) Finance and billing. (3) Telecom
- Proven track record of on-boarding customers.
- Proficient in computer technology and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional research and reporting skills
What we offer
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $68,000-$102,000
Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options.
