Reports to: Director of Enterprise Solutions & Applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for BI projects.
• Support the development and maintenance of BI reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data metrics.
• Help in data mining, data cleansing, and data validation tasks to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
• Assist in designing and implementing data models and data warehouses to support BI initiatives.
• Support in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing training to end-users.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues and providing technical support.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in BI tools, techniques, and methodologies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, business users, and management to deliver BI solutions that meet business needs.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BI processes, tools, and methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
• Familiarity with business intelligence concepts, methodologies, and tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Python programming language for data manipulation, automation, and analysis tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with stakeholders and convey technical information.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently to meet project deadlines and objectives.
• Basic understanding of database concepts and data modeling principles.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and tools in the BI field.
• Previous experience or internship in a business analysis or data analysis role is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of business processes is a plus.
