Overview Of Position
The Accounting Business Analyst will help to drive our continued growth and success. With their commitment to innovation, this individual will seek, develop and help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. We’re currently searching for an entry level business analyst to help guide our organization to the future. The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, expert communicator and a team player. This person should also be wholly committed to the discovery and development of innovative business solutions.
Objectives of this role
- Solve for practical business processes, developing best practices that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels
- Create and implement plans for every project, with attention to transparent communication at all levels
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate progress of projects
What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, security, compliance), communicating effectively with managerial and executive teams
- Utilize analytics to identify gaps and formulate business solutions
- Develop meaningful and lasting relationships with key stakeholders to develop best practices and process improvements.
Requirements
What are the requirements needed for this position?
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications
What we offer
Pay Range
$53,700.00 - $89,900.00
Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
